Dr. Maddie Mesaros earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024. Originally from Chapel Hill, she attended North Carolina State University for her undergraduate studies before moving to Tucson to pursue her veterinary education. After graduation, she returned home to North Carolina and now lives in Wendell with her husband, Sam; her hound dog, Scooby; and her two cats, Binx and Casper.
Dr. Mesaros is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for her furry patients while building strong, trusting relationships with their owners. She has a special interest in preventive care, helping pets maintain their health throughout every stage of life, and in providing thoughtful guidance and support for families during end-of-life care. As a pet owner herself, she understands how important the human–animal bond is and finds great fulfillment in partnering with pet owners to support the health and well-being of their beloved companions.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Mesaros enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing pickleball.
